The training lasts 2 days. After completing the course, the instructor is fully prepared to start working and can lead Jumping Fitness classes. Upon successfully passing the final assessment, a Jumpman certificate is issued.
The training is divided into 4 main modules: theory, practice, presentation, and testing.

Equipment overview, its features, and safety rules
Breakdown of all basic exercises according to the methodology
Building combinations
Class structure and intensity management
Working with a group and individual practice of the learned material under the instructor’s supervision
Breakdown of choreography building using the square method
Creating the first basic workout, understanding proper intensity management and exercise sequencing
How to correctly explain Jumping to clients: myths vs. reality
At the end of the training, all participants take a final theoretical exam

You can also train in new programs online or receive ready-to-use video materials for use in your club. Each program includes 3–4 hours of practical workshop training, fully focused on a specific direction and its teaching methodology.
A program for trainers who have already been practicing jumping fitness for more than 3 months and want to bring more beauty, elegance, dance elements, and musicality into their classes.
The training focuses on more advanced trampoline choreography, arm work, coordination, and building stylish dance combinations to popular dance tracks.
During the 3-hour workshop, you will learn ready-to-use combinations and choreography mixes that can be immediately integrated into your classes to enrich and diversify your daily workouts.

The most intense program, designed for those who want to add even more cardio, energy, and power to their workouts.
The training covers the basics of boxing technique, correct core engagement, arm work, and stance, as well as building effective combinations to high-BPM music. You will learn how to properly select music, work with rhythm, and integrate combinations into your daily classes and Basic Mix programs, as well as add Jumping Boxing as a standalone class in your schedule.
This format helps take endurance, dynamics, and overall class energy to a completely new level — one of the most in-demand programs among clients worldwide.
A functional program that combines the most effective trampoline exercises to target all major muscle groups, core muscles, and stabilizers.
The workouts include the use of additional equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, balls, sliders, and expanders, making each session more varied, effective, and dynamic.
A program for trainers who want to bring deeper, more aesthetic, and functional bodywork into their classes while maintaining the dynamic nature of Jumping Fitness. It is designed for those who have outgrown traditional Pilates but still want to preserve its effectiveness by integrating it into trampoline-based training.
The program is 50% jumping and 50% Pilates and Barre, using additional equipment such as balls, resistance bands, ankle weights, and dumbbells. Originally created in France, it has been adapted for the local audience, combining efficiency, balance, control, and enjoyment in every workout.
